Puppy Kindergarten Class

Service Description

Puppy Kindergarten Class is for dogs 12 weeks to 1 year of age. Puppies in this class will learn basic skills including sit, down, stay, how to greet a person, puppy socialization and crate manners. Owners/handlers will benefit from discussion and guided practice for walking on a loose leash, jumping, learning to stay on a "place" or mat, and impulse control. Owners will also be given information about raising a puppy to become a well-mannered member of the family. Only positive reinforcement training methods are used to teach skills. The class runs for six weeks and is limited to 6 dogs. Owners must show proof of age appropriate vaccinations.
