Our experience taking classes at the Gloucester Kennel Club has been outstanding. The instructors are excellent and, along with being good knowledgeable teachers, they are patient and encouraging.  The positive reinforcement they use works!

We have taken the puppy class and are halfway through the manners class.  In both series we have benefited from the small class size of 6 or fewer dogs and also by the fact that each time there have been instructor helpers offering additional one on one instruction.  To top it off, the emphasis is on making it fun!

The facility is clean and spacious, and there are two large fenced in play yards complete with some agility equipment. We would highly recommend the Gloucester Kennel Club’s classes and look forward to taking more even though it’s a ninety-minute drive from our home.  It has been well worth the time, and our heartfelt thanks to all the instructors and helpers!

My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed the Manners Class we took. The teachers explain things in a way I could understand, and it was very useful lessons. Both my dog and I really had a good time going to the classes. The teachers are helpful and and so very knowledgeable. We were so happy with this class, we would give it 5 stars!

I have taken the Puppy Kindergarten class and the Manners class with Gloucester Kennel Club. Started classes with my 7 month old golden. The trainers Joan Podd and Beverly Spencer are amazing, knowledgeable and so well-qualified.

Classes with your dog are so important for both you and your dog at any age. I know Jasmine looks forward to her classes. I think it might be the trainers... 

GKC is a  great, fun environment. The training facility is a fun environment.

My sweet Mini Labradoodle and I have attended two puppy kindergarten classes as well as a manners class at Gloucester Kennel Club. The classes are well executed in a friendly and supportive manner by the trainers. A lot of individual attention is given to the dogs and their "people" so that specific concerns can be addressed. We love the classes so much that we don't want to go home! We are fortunate to have this valuable resource in our community.
